The color in Covil Bay has a ways to go as of 9/25.  The weather was a bit challenging as were the flocks of seagulls fishing for what seemed like forever.  Eventually the weather cleared for a shot. [Original Covil Bay post]

Sunset – Memorial Park

I was driving home from my meeting today watching the clouds move.  The closer I got to Red Wing, the more appealing the skies became.  It looked like there may be a decent sunset this evening. Memorial Park on top for Sorin’s Bluff in Red Wing is a fantastic place to take in the sunset.

Another beautiful morning sunrise at Covil Park in Red Wing, MN.   There was only a bit of fog burning off the water, but it still provided for a nice effect and contributed to a somewhat subtle mood.  The back bay is starting to get some color.
